Working Policy

Working hours: from 7:30 am to 4:30pm, 8 hours/day and 6 days/week

Youngest age: 18 years

Management System ISO 9001:2008 and Social accountability SA8000

Firefighting equipment: nozzles, fire extinguishers, fire alarms system, aisles instructions

Employees are equipped with labour protected equipments , uniform

Medical station guarantee health for employees, also, annual medical checks. Maintaining daily half-hour exercises

Arranging the training courses: first aid, fire safety, food safety assessment, occupational health & safety

For female workers nursing children under 12 months, pregnant workers at 7 months, disabled workers and labor minor (if any) shall not work more than 7 hours per day and no force  for overtime working.

Annual leave : The employees be assigned 12 annual leave days per year. The number of annual leave days be increased depend on seniority. Every five years will be considered 1 day more.

Regulations & Benifits:

To enjoy the social benefits: social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance.

The company will benefit costs of traveling home for the New Year. Staff will be on holidays bonuses and other allowances. Be licensed take a rest in holidays, Lunar year

maternity, illness, personal or family marriages, funerals.

The company organize cooking for employees with food cost 7.000vnd per portion.

Employers were given leave motor vehicles cost 2,000vnd per working day.

Employers was joined in the social operations, Trade Union Organizations and Communist Youth Union.
